The health and safety of our employees and clients continues to be our top priority as we face the challenges of the COVID pandemic.  Our Health & Safety Team meets regularly to review and update our policies and procedures to ensure that we are doing all we can to keep everyone in our building safe.  The following is our current policy.

  • 70% Capacity Limit: Office capacity is 12 employees.  Due to COVID, we are limiting our capacity to 70% or 8 employees maximum.  Employees are asked to work from home for part of their work week to limit exposure and potential contamination.

  • Our HVAC system has been outfitted with a REM Halo light which kills viruses and bacteria, as well as HEPA filters.

  • Clients are accessed for temperature and symptoms of covid virus.

  • Clients and staff are required to wear masks whether vaccinated or not, when in a room together.

  • Staff and clients are encouraged to:

    • Socially distance (at least 3 feet)
    • Wash hands with soap or hand sanitizer, both of which are available in the office.
    • Do not come to the office if they have a temperature or any symptom of COVID as listed on our Health Screening Form.
  • PPE available: Amanecer is committed to providing hand sanitizer, masks, gloves, soap, disinfecting wipes are available for staff and clients to use.

  • If exposure to a positive individual occurs, employees and clients (within a 3-day exposure window) will be notified and requested to quarantine until a negative covid test is obtained.
